As you guys know that Marvel doesn’t have the rights for Hulk and Namor. Universal Pictures had the Distribution rights for both Hulk and Namor. However, now it’s been reported that Marvel has gained the rights for Hulk and Namor.
According to MCU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad, Marvel has now got full control rights over both the Hulk and Namor the Sub-Mariner.
Marvel acquired full rights for Hulk and Namor
If you guys don’t know it yet le me clear this up. Universal Pictures had the Distribution rights for both of them. That’s the reason they could be in a Team up Movie.
However, if Disney made a solo movie on their name, then Universal had to Distribute them. That’s the thing Disney doesn’t want. They don’t want their movies to be distributed by some other studios.
Consequently, now this doesn’t seem to be the issue anymore. There are strong reports that the Big mouse had gained control over Hulk and Namor. Which is really a great piece of news for the fans. As we can expect a Solo movie from either one or even both of them.
If we believe Conrad’s intel, these troubles are a thing of the past now. Marvel is now free to do whatever they want with the pair at last.
In fact, it’s been reported that HULK vs Wolverine movie is in Development at Marvel Studios. Though we can say much about that. But it’s also reported that Namor is going to debut in Black Panther 2.
However, take this as a grain of salt. As this is just a rumor at present. Though there is a strong possibility that this is true. Because we already have a lot of reports suggesting Namor will debut in either Black Panther 2 or Doctor Strange 2.
In addition to that, Marvel is also coming up with She-Hulk TV show. so they might be having a lot of Plans for Hulk. Maybe a movie with both Hulk and She-Hulk. In fact, there are also reports suggesting that Marvel will introduce Immortal Hulk in MCU.
Anyways, we can expect an official confirmation about this news any time soon. Till then stay tuned with us and keep watching this Space. What do you guys think about this news? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
