We all were wondering what exactly is the Age of Captain America after the events of Endgame. So finally you don’t have to worry about this. As we now know the age of Steve Rogers.
So, Jen Underdahl, Visual Effects Producer for Marvel Entertainment, in a VFX Breakdown video in WIRED YT channel. Explained that Captain America’s age after the events of EndGame is 106.
However, there is so much to add to this statement. After all, Steve Rogers was born in 1920. Then how is it even possible that his age is just 106 years. So if you want to understand how this is Possible read this full article.

Does Captain America Age?
Most of you might also be wondering, how can Captain America even age. ? Cause he has that Super Soldier Serum.
So for all of you guys, Super Soldier Serum doesn’t completely stop aging. It only slows down the aging process. In addition to that Captain does age but very slowly as compared to a normal human being.

Don’t worry this is coming from Avengers Endgame VFX producer Jen Underdahl. He has done a breakdown of Endgame VFX in this exclusive interview with WIRED.
He was explaining how actually they created the look of old Captain America. So he says they posed certain questions to themselves: “What would a super-soldier look like if he had aged 106 years? What would his skin look like?“
Later he adds on that “The VFX artists took some neck off of Evans so he wasn’t quite as beefy. They shrunk his shoulders and his overall profile to give him that 106-year-old super soldier look.“
How Captain’s age is Just 106….? The Explanation :
So we now know that Captain Rogers’ age is 106 but how? The first question arises is how can he be just 106 years old. So don’t worry here is the Explanation :
Cap was born in 1920. He goes in the ice in 1945 (25 years old) and stayed there until he was found in 2011. He lives on till 2023 (12 years). This makes Cap (before he returned the stones) 37 years old.
Note: we aren’t counting his age when he was in ice. Now that’s why VFX artist tried to make him look 106. Because he was in ice for 66 years and hasn’t aged physically.
Which means he spends 69 years with Peggy(106 – 37). Assuming that he returned to Peggy in 1947, a good 2 years after the war ended, he would live till 2016 in an alternate timeline (2016 – 1947 = 69). 2016 is when Peggy died in Captain America: Civil War.
So This also proves that Cap returned to the main timeline shortly before he time traveled for his dramatic entrance.
In summary, after returning the stones, Cap went to 1947 in an alternate timeline to live with Peggy till 2014, when she died. He then returned to the main timeline shortly before he time traveled (or in between) to show up in the End.
